Sales Manager – Hot Tubs

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to sell Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Endless Pools to customers throughout Wales and the borders.

Salary: £35-£50k OTE (On-Target Earnings)

Location: Near Aberystwyth

Job Type: Full time

Contract: Permanent

Bilingual language skills: Welsh language skills (preferred)


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who’s dedicated to growing the business by delivering a great customer experience. A background in sales is strongly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with transferable skills. Welsh language skills are a plus. Salary is paid on a basic rate plus commission and monthly sales bonus, with expected earnings in the range of £35-£50k per annum OTE.


  • Work with the operations and general manager to develop and execute a sales strategy focused on customer growth and retention
  • Hit targets in line with hot-tub and swim spa sales, as well as service and after-care packages
  • Update CRM system with new leads, working closely with operations and general manager
  • Create and nurture new sales leads through a variety of methods, including attending trade shows, showroom visits and face-to-face sales, social media leads and phone/email enquiries
  • Conduct sales reports – track and analyse key metrics and use learnings to update sales approach and strategy
  • Attend daily check-ins with senior team members
  • Meet planned monthly sales goals and track results
  • Identify barriers to sales and work with senior team to advise on strategic solutions
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation


  • Sales experience strongly desired
  • A motivated self-starter
  • Knowledge of hot tubs and swim spas is not essential, but the ideal candidate must be invested in learning about the specialism
  • Welsh language skills would be very beneficial
  • Proficient in working with CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
