Royal Welsh Show Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’), and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

1. The promoter is: Hot Tubs (Aberystwyth Ltd), trading as Welsh Hot Tubs, whose registered office is at Welsh Hot Tubs, Cwm Derw, Llangwyryfon, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion SY23 4EY.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Welsh Hot Tubs, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. To take part in this Promotion entrants must visit https://www.instagram.com/welshhottubs/ and https://www.facebook.com/welshhottubs. Entrants will need to do the following before the Closing Date:
   • Follow @welshhottubs
   • Like and Share the competition post on Instagram or Facebook
   • Entrants will need access to the internet and a Facebook OR Instagram account to be able to enter the Promotion.
   • The £250 voucher is redeemable only at the Royal Welsh Show with purchase of selected hot tubs.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
8. Closing date for the entry will be noon on Friday, July 19, 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
11. One winner will be drawn at random from all complete, correct and eligible entries received before the Closing Date.
12. The winner(s) will be notified by direct message through the social media account they used to enter (Instagram OR Facebook) within 3 days of the Closing Date and will need to respond to that notification to confirm their acceptance of the prize.  All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time.  Entrants should ensure they check their spam/bulk/junk folders for notification because if a response from a winner is not received within 7 days of the notification being made, a winner may lose their chance to claim their prize. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be required in order to claim the prize.
13. Promoter’s decisions are final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. 
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
15. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
16. The prize is as follows: two tickets to the Royal Welsh Show 2024 and a £250 voucher, redeemable only at the Royal Welsh Show with purchase of selected Hot Tubs.
17. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Welsh law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wales.
20. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: enquiries@welshhottubs.co.uk.
22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
